Attention customers,

If you have not provided us with a copy of your Drivers License & Kentucky tax exemption letter showing your newly issued Kentucky Tax Exemption number please do so as soon as possible. The new law went into effect at the beginning of this year and without this letter we will be required by law to charge sales tax even on tax exempt items.

We would also like for you to complete a new tax exemption certificate with the updated tax ID number included on this new form. We have these forms at our office.

We are sorry for any inconvenience these procedures will cause, but we must comply with the law. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
