Happy Memorial Day!!

I was watching a recent video and it was mentioned that the original designer of the Marshall 2203/2204 had passed away recently!

Looking into it, the amp was designed by (Steve) Stephen Grindrod.

He passed away this year on April 19th, 2026 at the age of 77 after a long battle with Dementia!

Rest in peace and thanks for your contribution to guitar amplifiers, and the tone on countless albums! ✌️💜🙏🙏

of Newport Pagnell sadly died on the 19th April 2026 aged 77 years, after a long battle with Dementia. Very much loved by his two daughters Sam and Zara.

He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.

The funeral will take place on Friday 15th May 2026 at 1.00pm in the Oak Chapel, Crownhill Crematorium, all who knew him are welcome.

Family flowers only please but donations in his memory are for Dovecote Manor Residents Comfort Fund and can be made direct via bank account number 20124575 sort code 20-49-99.

Whew! Been busy as hell.

New designs, initial PCBs ordered and in this week.

Gigs coming up including benefit for Taylor Animal Shelter (no kill shelter, hope to see you there).

Gotta work on the link to the website. www.rozsaamplification.com is not directing to the Facebook account!! Need to get a hold of the GoDaddy and see what's going on!

PCB costs have gone up significantly. Ordered a set of 5pc validation boards and material cost is $59.20, but shipping was $47.27, Customs/Duty/Taxes $20.73 and Sales Tax $6.39 for a total of $133.59 for $59.20 in parts!!!

Looking for additional sources. Found a new tool that pulls costs give PCB specs! Gonna try it out.

Been busy working on the new amp designs and PCB sets!

A lot of events coming up including this one on June 27th.

Need to check and finalize my vacation schedule with my wife, but tentatively looking to support the Unity Through Christ Music Festival like I did last year in 2025!! 😃✌️

Happy New Year!

Damn! We already blew thru a full month plus in the new year!! :O

Well, been knocking out chores and started to work on the new model designs yesterday pulling together the schematics for 3 parts of the circuit!

Looking forward to continuing work this weekend and hopefully have the schematics and PCBs designed by the end of the month and new boards in populated and prototype built up to validate in Match, God willing!! :)

Turning the corner on 2025 and team members falling off significantly starting tomorrow, so besides busy work in setting up meetings for next year and going thru remaining emails....I should be done with work by EOB tomorrow 12/17 until 1/5 (2.5 weeks off on holiday)!

No travel holiday plans, so this will give me time to focus work on the new design, like the 313-EPIC and probably get them out to the PCB fabricator, start building them up and validating and have available for sale in 2026!!!

Get those tax return checks ready. This/these will be the be all, end all amps to get imo!!
