When my client had me rewire these MCM biomorphic lamp I had never seen anything like it before, and guess what there are two of them.
I had to share their unique style.
I imagined someone went on a trip to Hawaii back in the 1960s and came back with these two and the definitely had their friends over to view slides of their trip (the old fashion social with media).

This chandelier was a labor of love for close to 6 months and she was in our house and she started to feel like a family member. My client said she purchased this in Germany, but we think it's definitely French based on the wiring and this needed to be American. This chandelier has been in a box for 5 years and now she can shine and be the talk at every party.

Remember this (not junk, but piece of potential) Art Deco ceiling light fixture?
A customer (who found this light in a box hidden in a house built over a hundred years ago) asked me a few months ago to update the wiring of which hadn't been updated in a hundred years (yes you read that right).
Before I did anything I took a century of dust off and used degreaser to make sure I had a clean surface to update the nickle plating.
I updated the electrical from the late 19th century wiring to the 21st century.

Client also purchased matching sconces to go on each side of their fireplace that looks so good!
I loved the interactions with this client and they loved what I did I ended up doing a whole house of lamps for them.

Did a house call today since it was an easy fix and got to see the clients back yard which is more of a vacation spot. I'll post in my stories the water feature that is a waterless pond. The water disappears once you turn the pump off. It's so cool. Stay tuned for the video.
