Conway it’s been one of those weeks . Mixer went down , oven went down - it’s pretty hard to be open with neither of those things working lol

Shoutout to Carroll Food Service for getting our mixer right and another huge shoutout to the guys at Elite Electrical for coming out this morning to get our oven back up !

We’re running a bit behind but will be ready to go @ 11 , I haven’t gotten the chance to get Romans baked off so they may be limited today depending on how crazy it is . Anybody that had an iffy Roman the last couple days let me know & ill take care of it

Side note here’s a margherita slice with a new poolish dough I’ve been working on this week ! I hope yous have enjoyed it
