Pop Up Space Needed For The Winter.

Dillon Yacht Club, a non-profit, volunteer organization needs about 500-700 sf 500-700 sf (15’x 34’) to perform maintenance work this winter on their vintage 25' cruiser boat that functions as the race committee boat for regatta race management. We would prefer indoor space vs. covered outdoor space.
I’ll provide a free sunset sail cruise, or a spot on a boat for a regatta race, at Lake Dillon for whoever is able to help us secure a space
I'm checking to see if you own or manage any unleased warehouse/industrial space that we could use for the winter restoration of the boat. It's unlike that any painting will be done, just mechanical and steering work. I'm contemplating something along the lines of
A) donation of the space,
B) providing rent payments to owner at a reduced percentage, with the stipulation that when a full-tenant is engaged, we vacate the premises, with 30 days notice, in the same condition as when we entered. If you have other possibilities and options, feel free to put on the table.
I've had had similar agreements with Stephen Tebo along with Apollo R.E.I.T., in the past. Please reach out as soon as possible as we need to remove the boat (on trailer) from the Dillon Marina for the winter in just a few days.

PRIVACY SCREENS. Rusty steel cut out sheets from laser cutting at machined shops. These would have gone in the scrap bin for metal recycling.

At Revolve, we re-imagine a new life for materials.

2'x4' panels $25-$50 ea., depending on thickness.
2'x4' Garden trellises with welded steel rod for rigidity and 18" over run for staking into the ground or raised garden beds

Other uses: hot tub surrounds, A/C concealing, gates, porch privacy. Other ideas?
