Restore Movement

I want to share some important news: after four years and much consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Restore Movement, effective Friday, June 6, 2025. Until that time I will continue to work with clients.

This decision did not come easily, as it has been an incredible privilege to work with all my clients and be a part of their health and wellness journey. However, I wanted to relocate back down south, so I took a position in the Atlanta suburbs where I will better utilize my skills and education.

You’ve asked for it, so beginning January 2025 two small group training classes will be offered. Functional training is for anyone with prior workout knowledge, personal training is recommended for anyone just getting started, then can migrate to small group after a month or two of getting acclimated. Balance & Flexibility is extremely important as we age, but it’s never too early to start, this class is great for all ages.

With the interns fully on board please consider scheduling a session with them to help with their educational experience. Gloria is working Monday/wed/Friday 9am-2:30pm, Maggie is working Tues/Thurs 2:30-5:30pm and Fridays 10:30-2:30. We can all benefit from a postural analysis. You can also schedule online at the link in our bio. Not only are virtual assessments now an option for people who are not in the immediate area, we are adding Restore Online sessions, either weekly or once a month. Stay tuned for more information on that to drop next week.
