Donna Hardwick Fowler didn’t just grow up around Hardwick Well Supply—she grew up with it. From riding along with her dad at 5 years old to becoming part of the business full-time 32 years ago, Hardwick has always been more than a job—it’s family.

If something needs to be done, Donna is already on her way. Whether she’s helping customers, supporting employees, promoting the company, or solving problems behind the scenes, she’s always making things happen.

Some people work for a company. Donna has spent a lifetime helping build one.

For 54 years, Mack Hardwick has lived the life he loves.

At 81 years old this week, he still shows up every day—usually before most of us. Not because he has to, but because Hardwick Well Supply has never just been a job. It’s his life’s work.

Some people leave a legacy when they’re gone. Mack Hardwick is still building his every single day.

There was a young driller, an old truck, and a dream.
Mack Hardwick started drilling wells in 1972 and built Hardwick Well Supply from the ground up through hard work, dedication, and taking care of his customers.
As we begin celebrating his birthday week, we’re sharing a few throwback photos from where it all started.
Some things have changed over the years, but one thing hasn’t—his commitment to doing the job right.
