🎉 Joy Station is Open Today – Friday, June 12th! 🍖🔥
We sure appreciate all the wonderful support you’ve been giving us — thank you! 🙌 We’re getting more fresh produce in every week and just made a wood run to Las Vegas so the smoker is staying nice and busy.
🔥 Today’s Smoked Specials:
• St. Louis Style Pork Ribs – by the rack or by the rib
• Juicy Smoked Chicken – getting raves, incredibly tender and full of flavor!
• Pulled Pork – $10 per pound
• Pulled Pork Sandwiches – made fresh to order
We’re really getting a good roll going with the smoking — low and slow with pecan and peach wood, just like we’ve done since 1986. No corners cut! Timing can vary a bit, but we usually run two rounds so there’s fresh barbecue ready throughout the day. First batch typically ready and rested between 11:00–12:30, with another batch finishing around 2:30–3:00. Come grab it hot and perfectly rested!

Yesterday we had the health inspector out and we’re fully set up now! Main Street Eats is our commissary kitchen, and with all the proper permits and food handler cards in place, we’re ready to roll.
Catering & Big Events: We can handle it all — from small gatherings to several hundred people. We’ve cooked this Texas-style barbecue from Austin to San Diego and up to Oregon, and we’re loving doing it right here in Piute County. Perfect for Father’s Day, family reunions, weddings, or any get-together. Just message us on Facebook and we’ll take care of you!

Big Highlight: Robin McMullen from Minersville Lavender Farm is here with us today! 🌿✨
We’re thrilled to welcome back our favorite vendor, Robin McMullen of Minersville Lavender Farm! Robin planted her beautiful lavender farm while recovering from cancer, turning it into a wonderful source of natural, healing products. She brings a fantastic variety of homeopathic creams, lavender soaps, oils, sachets, and so many other thoughtful lavender creations — perfect for gifts or treating yourself! It was such a good time when she joined us last year, and we’re excited to have her back spreading that lavender joy. Come meet Robin and explore her amazing lineup! 🌸

What an amazing start to our second season! We’re loving all the local support this weekend. It’s been so great seeing familiar faces again and hearing that everyone made it through winter okay. Thank you for coming out and making this opening weekend feel so special! 🙌

🎉 Joy Station is Back for Season 2 – Opening This Friday, May 29th! 🍖🔥
We’re kicking off our second season with so much excitement and big upgrades! 🎉 Roxanne and I are thrilled to welcome back all our wonderful friends and neighbors in Piute County. Last year you helped bring this historic old station back to life, and the memories (and stories!) we made together were unforgettable. Thank you for all the support! 🙌
This year we’re starting a little earlier and bringing serious Texas-style barbecue to Joy Station! We just got a brand new smoker from Roadkill Grill and we’re firing it up with pecan and peach wood for that authentic low-and-slow flavor.
🔥 Big Opening Specials:
• St. Louis Style Ribs – $25 per rack or 2 racks for $45
• Pulled Pork – $10 per pound
• Pulled Pork Sandwiches – made fresh to order
