ITZ Shipping Change

Unfortunately the post office raised rates again! In many cases the postage to ship packages is ove $15. While we have had free shipping on orders over $100, weeks are unfortunately going to have to raise that to free shipping on orders over $200. Our hopes is that eventually we will be able to lower it again someday.

Additionally, we are having delivery issues with the Post Office as it’s getting close to prime porch pirate season. Our “Standard” shipping only includes the $100 insurance that comes with Priority Mail. Our experience with filing claims is that once the package is listed as “delivered” they refuse to honor the insurance.

Therefore we just created a “Shipping Insurance” option. This is based on the Post Office charts for insurance and signature confirmation. Once your order total is over $100 it adds the insurance you need to be protected. That way if your package is lost in the mail we can file a claim.

The signature confirmation eliminates the ability for porch pirates to steal your packages as you have to sign for them. If you waive that option on the card they leave behind, you’ll lose that protection though.

ITZ is really small and our margins are razor thin. We simply can’t afford to resend orders if they are stolen. We urge you to use the insured shipping for your protection. If you choose the Standard, just know that you will bear all the risk.

We are spreading our wings in social media. Facebook is a great place to find new coaches but it’s terrible at organizing events, photos, links, and pretty much everything.

I just started a Discord channel. I had never used it before today. It is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it…WOW! So easy to organize, share, learn, and create together! You can also share any additional hobby’s or interests you may have.
