-16” diameter circles CNC cut from 1/2” wood then routed round edges front and back

- 14” x 6” Merry Christmas laser cut from 1/4” wood

- 3” Snowflakes laser cut from 1/4” wood

- Hand crafted arrangements at top

- Hangers securely mounted to the backsides for hanging/mounting

Everything is hand painted, glued, or stapled together! They can be hung anywhere not just the door, we also take any ideas in you may have to make you that special custom item for you and your family!

Roll Tide 🌊!!!

This piece we ran on our CNC machine with dual tool paths, one roughing pass with a 1/4” & detail pass running a 30° V-bit.
Depths are 1/4” deep in center with 3/16” deep on outer edge.
Burned center sanded then painted with two layers of epoxy over the top and a single 1/4” layer on back, edges have 1/8” thickness of epoxy.
We then sanded through five stages of sand paper with a final wet sand of 1500 grit, this immediately followed by a full cut & buff!
