We offer bow sales and services for professional archers and enthusiasts. We have an 18-lane, 20-yard Indoor air-conditioned Range and an outdoor range up to 60 yards with bagged and 3D targets. Griffin Archery is owned and managed by archers with numerous national and international titles who take pride in their work. We will take the time to understand your needs and provide you with quality service and products with integrity.

🏹 WE’RE HIRING AT GRIFFIN ARCHERY! 🏹

If you love archery and bowhunting, we may have a spot for you on our team! We currently have TWO positions open at Griffin Archery in Tyler:

🔧 FULL-TIME ARCHERY / BOW TECHNICIAN
We’re looking for an experienced Bow Tech who knows bow setup, tuning, repairs, accessories, and can provide great customer service.

Previous bow tech experience is required.
💵 Starting at $17+/hour, based on experience
⏰ Full-Time | Overtime may be available during our busy season


🏹 PART-TIME ARCHERY SALES ASSOCIATE | 20–30 HOURS/WEEK
This one is for the avid bowhunter!

You do NOT have to be an experienced Bow Tech—we can teach you the technical side.

What we do need is someone who knows bowhunting and knows their way around compound bows, arrows, sights, rests, releases, broadheads, and other archery equipment. You should enjoy talking archery and helping customers find the right gear.

💵 Starting at $15+/hour, depending on experience
⏰ 20–30 hours per week

If you're the person your buddies call when they have a bowhunting or equipment question, we want to talk to you!
