Not required under idaho cottage food laws, but I wanted to take the online idaho certification in food safety course, under the states Food Protection Program, so people feel comfortable knowing that I take this serious and that I am doing everything to make sure our snacks are safe to eat for everybody. We are also insured, adding another level of confidence for our customers, knowing that if something were to happen, we are covered.
