Psalm 148:3-6

Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.
Let them praise the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created.
He set them in place for ever and ever; he gave a decree that will never pass away.

All of creation, the stars, the mountains, the oceans is a reflection of God's glory. The stars, by simply existing and shining, are seen as glorifying God.
"So will I", is an act of choosing to worship and glorify God with awe, obedience, and praise.
