We'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who's shopped at one of our sales, shared one of our posts or in any other way supported us in this venture at Community Books and More.

We sincerely appreciate the kind words and support we've received from our faithful customers.

While this is an end for now please keep an eye out here in case we ever do anything in the future like this.

We both still firmly believe in the mission of keeping used books alive for people and striving to be a blessing to people in the community.

So many books to be moved for the sale!

We’ve been working hard to get everything ready for the book sale:

Lots and lots of new books put out for this one so don’t worry about seeing all the same books if you e been to a previous sale.

If you know anyone who loves to cook, bake, bbq, entertain, grill, or just about anything else related to food we have a 1000+ cookbooks of all stripes and colors.

Also we’ve decided after looking at shelves and shelves of mass market paperbacks to price them 10 for a 1.00. Mass market paperbacks are the smaller paperback books we have shelved on the back wall of the warehouse.

Finally there will also be some bins and trays with free books for both children and adults.

Basically we’re saying there will be a little of something for just about everyone.

We are sorry for being so quiet these past few months. There has been a lot going on for Terry and me, but I have some good news.

We will be having a book sale in 2 weeks!!!😀😀😀😀

Saturday June 15th at 10:00 AM. We'll be at our same location: 9742 E 55th Pl., Tulsa, OK (That's just a block East of the intersection at 55th Pl and Mingo Rd)

For this sale we're going to try something a little different. We will be pricing all books by the inch! $1.00 per inch.🎊🎉

Yes that's right - stack up the books you want to buy, measure how tall they are and multiply by 1.00. Easy peasy.

This will be the prefect time to stock up on some reading material for summer.

Sadly, though, we also have some bad news. 😢😢😢😩😫With all the recent changes in our personal lives we're having to close down Community Books and More. Neither of us can keep up with everything we have going on so this particular venture has the go. It's a sad development for us, but we want to thank everyone who's come out to a sale and supported us for the short time we've been having book sales. Maybe someday in the future we'll be able to give this another go, but for now we'll be liquidating all the books and shelving we have in the unit.
