Coming soon!

Big retail news for Wildcats fans! Rally House is moving to Main Gate Square - University Boulevard for their first Tucson location. 🐻⬇️

Known for its “Show Your Colors” mission statement, Rally House is the perfect fit for Tucson, a city that proudly bleeds red and blue for the The University of Arizona. The specialty sports retailer will offer an expansive selection of U of A apparel, hats, gifts, home decor, and locally inspired merchandise right at the edge of campus.

Great work by our Retail Specialists Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, Principal, who represented the landlord, Marshall Foundation, on this 9,100 SF lease alongside our property manager Chaica Vargas.

The inaugural Streetcar Cocktail Competition is almost here, and we would love your support as we launch what we hope becomes a new Tucson tradition.

Come sample cocktails from bars across Downtown, 4th Avenue and Main Gate and help vote for the drink that could become a signature cocktail of Tucson’s urban core.

Please check out the event, grab your tickets on Eventbrite (listed as "Streetcar Cocktail Competition") and share with friends.
