Dropping into technical terrain? Here's one thing that helps more than you think: trust your body position. 💪🚵‍♂️

Weight back, eyes forward, and let the bike do its job. A lot of riders tense up at technical sections which actually works against them.

May is a great time to practice on progressively harder terrain so your confidence builds before summer trail trips. 🫡

Memorial Day is behind us, and Mother Nature just turned the oven on pre-heat ☀️🔥

Summer in the desert is right around the corner, but that doesn’t mean the riding season is over. It just means it’s time to ride smarter. 🚴‍♂️🌵

A few ways to keep enjoying cycling through the Arizona heat:

🌅 Ride early — sunrise rides mean cooler temps, quieter roads, and some of the best desert views of the year.

💧 Hydrate BEFORE you’re thirsty — electrolytes and water are your best friends this time of year.

🧂 Don’t skip nutrition — heat drains energy faster than you think.

👕 Wear light, breathable gear — comfort matters when temps climb.

📍 Shorten the route if needed — even a quick ride is better than no ride.

🚴 Indoor trainers count too — no shame in beating the heat while keeping the legs spinning.

The desert still has plenty of miles left to give… you just have to outsmart the sun 😎

We had so much fun, we are doing it again!

Our second Bikes and Mics night is scheduled for Saturday June 13th.

At our first event we had people playing guitar, ukulele, and even some Karaoke. Come show what you've got, pair up with a friend or just come and hang.

Ride leaves from the Shop at 6am.

The shop will be OPEN on Monday, so if you have the day off and have not had time to get your essentials, now is a great time to stop in.
