We posted yesterday that we are unable to process credit cards right now. Unfortunately that’s still the case and it probably won’t be resolved until next week. That’s it in a nutshell.

The REAL story is that has unilaterally decided that they will no longer process transactions for anyone that sells fi****ms. Their corporate stance is that this is “outside their risk tolerance” but it is clearly discriminatory against lawful commerce in an already highly regulated industry. Other than our freedom of speech to voice our opinion on social media, we can’t really fight that. They are a company that can set their own policies. They knew we sold fi****ms when they were processing our cards for the last 5 years or so but unilaterally decided to cut us off. Gun owners should just be aware that Harris Bank doesn’t want your business and respond accordingly.

We were told by the company that sends them the transactions back in March that they were going to “migrate us to a new platform” and we supplied them with the information they requested. We didn’t get any other calls or letters after that with clear communication on the subject. Fast forward to yesterday when our credit card terminals began declining everything because our accounts had been deactivated.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused our customers. We are working diligently to remedy the situation but it will not be fixed before July 6th due to the Independence Day holiday.
