This Franklin home is a masterclass in restraint and intention. Colorado mountain influences, 24-foot ceilings, reclaimed barnwood, regionaly sourced limestone — every material chosen to earn its place. The result is a home that feels grounded, warm, and completely alive.

It was an honor to be part of the team bringing this home to life. When designers lead with this level of vision, our job is to make the technology disappear into it — seamlessly and invisibly supporting every experience the space is designed to create.
