The Awesome Possum recently sourced a beautiful set of Vintage fine-china from the early 1950’s. This Noritake pattern: Rosilla, made in Japan, is absolutely gorgeous with delicate pink roses and gold trim. The POSSUM is busy repurposing this beautiful China so that it can enjoy a second useful life in someone’s delightful garden. The Awesome Possum scored a tremendous treasure when it sourced a huge set of Limoges China, pattern “Golden Glow” circa the 1930s. Drilling holes in these pieces takes immense patience and skill, each piece is valuable and the Possum might roll over and play dead if it broke even a single piece of this beautiful gold rimmed china from a bygone era. So far the Awesome Possum has created three tiered cake stands and adorable bird feeders. These repurposed creations can be found at the Hometown Art Guild Gallery space located inside Evenbrooke.
