Did a quickie retrofit on a td we did 6 years ago. He wanted a Ranger Point Precision forend for the M Loc capabilities......so here we are.

Looks good IMO with the Texas Tea Funkote and the laminated stock....

Marlin 1894 in 357. Ranger Point Precision forend, buttstock and side saddle. XS Lever Rail. Deep Flat Black Gunkote......
Now for the cool part....the lever is a Mad Pig Customs creation. Not available to the public yet but Steve sent me a couple to try. Very, very well made like the rest of the Mad Pig products. Haven't tried one on a traditional stocked one but I think it looks great with the modern tacticool trends.

Blast from the past.....
One of the first 65 tds I did for a guy under contract. Number 48 to be exact.

Sent in to be upgraded. Shorten barrel, thread, heavy barrel band scout rail, RPP lever and Gunkote.

If anyone is interested, we will now do tds in SS with no Gunkote....
There is an additional charge for the materials, the wear and tear on the tooling and the wear and tear on my patience......

New Marlin 1895 in 45-70 we converted to td and didn't Gunkote it......left it SS and made our parts out of SS.

Then we sent it to Texas to Bobby Tyler at Tyler's Gun Works and had them engrave it.....

IMO it came out very nice.......Very classy!!!

Just another option we can offer.....
