I am so excited to have my quilt - Dwelling featured in !!! And to be the cover quilt is such an honor for me!!! I adore this quilt and how it turned out!! It was inspired by the little town I grew up in, ea h house had its own personality and look…. Just like this quilt! And the incredible quilting by Sheri Zalar! Very excited to have my quilt Cozy Corner, featured in the Autumn issue of Quilters World!!! It’s a fun and easy sew using 10 x 10’s!! I used the beautiful fabrics from Tilda Fabrics . This beautiful quilt has finally come together! I used ’s Gardenlife in this design! I love her florals!!! Seeing your quilt project finished and being used is so gratifying! It may be my favorite part of making quilts!!

This quilt has been an adventure to make! It’s taken much longer than I’d hoped it would, it’s a quilt for my sister-in-law and as such it got pushed aside when a deadline project came up! Well after sewing all the individual petals… a lot of them 😂🥰 it was time to sew the petals into blocks!!! Then placing the blocks in their rows! Oh it felt so good to start sewing those rows together!!! Doesn’t that feel great!!??

Working on one of my biggest projects to date!! So excited to see how this quilt using the Petal block will come together!! Lots of cutting and template use!!!! Do you shy away from project that is templates??? I used to but after working with them I really like them now!! More to come on this big king size quilt!!!
