I have decided that unfortunately we need to make some changes in our pick up policies. While we have done our best to make it very easy for you to pick up in Ogden at our fuel expense to save you shipping costs we have had at least one person no show the last few times we have made the trip. While I completely understand emergencies and things happen out of your control it also costs us money to make that trip in fuel and time. Starting in June we will be charging a $5 surcharge per order pick up in Ogden. There must be a minimum of three orders for us to make the trip out. We will give everyone an extra 15 min to arrive but can not wait longer than that. If you miss your pick up you will be charged another $5 surcharge to schedule another pick up. If we donโt have the minimum people to drive out we will not schedule a pick up. This $5 needs to be paid BEFORE we meet. If you prefer you can always have your items shipped or you may pick up in Tremonton. Tremonton pick ups are scheduled one or two days per week depending on how many orders we have going out. You need to reach out to schedule a time I do not message everyone as I do not have time. Once you message I will get back to you and get your pick up time on my books. Because we usually schedule pick ups and use self serve type pick up every 30 min, if your more then 15 min late I ask that you please message me and reschedule. This is so we donโt have issues with someone picking up the wrong order. They have your name but I know some people donโt really check. So this has worked and we have never had a problem.
