Holmestead Farm Marshall and Becky are retiring from chickens/eggs and growing veggies. The Farm Market will have a new name----"THE GATHERING PLACE."

The peony bouquets are a big hit here on the farm. The blooms and fragrant smells are capturing all our hearts. I truly love putting the arrangements together. It has been scientifically proven that flowers make people happy. So if you want your spirits lifted stop and see us at Holmestead Farm.

I wanted to show you all how the cut flower garden is looking. Last year I decided it was time to divide the perennials. The garden was way to big for me to take care of so I brought samples of all the flowers up top closer to the gate. We even put down landscaping fabric. The plants are doing great and it looks like there will be lots of bouquets this summer.
