I'm staring at some wood, trying get to decide what I should do next.

I'm looking at some beautifully red cocobolo burl and some incredibly deep African blackwood burl.

I have a couple dozen rods of acrylic resin, some fordite cast in red and some in black.

Which wood and what color color resin or fordite should I use next?

I'll review the suggestions (if I get any) and make my choice Sunday evening.

Sometimes you a piece of resin that needs the best piece of wood to compliment it. Bob Dupras' Dark Tortoise is one of those resins.

The decision to pair it with a piece of lightly figured cocobolo burl was an easy decision to make.

Tomorrow, Sunday, April 3rd, is opening day for the Interlochen Farmers Market.

The construction is a pain, but a visit to the market would be a great way to spend a little of your time.
