The new ATF Form 4 is out for public comment and now includes the updated $0 tax on suppressors — a huge win for the 2A community! Law-abiding gun owners deserve full access to hearing protection, and this change brings us one step closer.

Additional changes to the form include:
- Removing CLEO notification requirement and copy
- Simplified photo and ID requirements
- Electronic filing options through eForms and Pay.gov

We’ll keep fighting to roll back what’s left of the NFA, but today, we celebrate progress.
