Another new construction home checked off the list! 🏡

From dated and plain to bold and custom.

This shower transformation came together with smaller format tile, a custom layout, and rich colors that completely changed the feel of the space.

To tie the design into the natural setting, organic textures and a river rock shower floor adds warmth, character, and a spa-like feel underfoot.

The unique pattern work and installation brought personality and depth to every wall while keeping the design clean and timeless.

What are we seeing more and more in both remodels and new construction?

Hard surface flooring throughout the entire home.

From new builds using the same flooring material through the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms…
To existing homeowners tearing out carpet and continuing their hard surface floors right into the bedrooms.

The result is a cleaner, more modern look with better durability, easier maintenance, and a seamless flow from room to room.

First phase of our Torch Lake tile install is down.

Large format tile flowing through the kitchen, dining, and sunroom to create a clean look throughout the space. Precision layout and prep make all the difference on installs like this.

Still need to grout and clean, but this one is already coming together beautifully.
