🌱From seed to cup- an insightful look into our direct trade coffee📍☕️
Meet our point of contact for our Colombian offering 🛫🇨🇴 ☕️
“Hi! I am Yolima, a native Colombian and daughter of coffee farmers. My dream has always been to share the love I have for coffee with the world. I believe the best cup of coffee is achieved when both farmers and roasters work together as a team to improve quality and add value, and when both parts are aware not only of what the other part does, but also the importance of their job.
I was born and raised on Finca la Vega farm, which is currently one of my partner farms. I grew up learning about coffee farming and seeing my family work hard to produce the best possible coffee. Thanks to my background I can say with confidence that at Paisa Coffee we have some of the most special coffees to offer to the world. Coming straight from origin gives me the privilege and honor to speak on behalf of my family and neighbor farmers to share with you, the coffee roasters, what they want to show and what they have to offer. And hopefully you can connect with them in a more personal level.”

It is no secret that women in the coffee industry face gender bias. Yet Yolima makes this fact seem like a myth with her aura and genuine interactions across the board. One conversation with Yolima is enough to fuel you with motivation to nurture relationships and feel proud of the coffee we carry. It is a true pleasure to work with Yolima and the coffees we carry from Paisa Coffee do not fail to set the standards. 🌱☕️🇨🇴
