I wanted to share a little “behind-the-scenes” moment from the shop this week…

We had a machine come in with tension issues, and after taking a closer look, the problem wasn’t the machine at all—it was the supplies being used.

The needles, bobbins, and thread were labeled as “genuine,” but unfortunately, they weren’t. And even small differences in quality can really affect how your machine stitches.

I completely understand how easy it is to click “add to cart” online—I do it too! But when it comes to your sewing and embroidery machines, using the correct, high-quality supplies truly makes a difference.

When you purchase from a local retailer, you’re not just buying a product—you’re getting guidance, support, and peace of mind knowing everything is exactly right for your machine.
