All are welcome and invited to spend some time writing a letter, a list, or a reflection of gratitude for the positive things our parents gave, even amid pain and difficulty. During this time, the space is yours to reflect on the good, the hurt, and all that goes with relationships and being human. Even if your parent is gone or your relationship is, this is for you.

Supportive facilitators. Free refreshments. Great books.
