I want to show not just one aspect but a broad spectrum on the problem many of us face. Even if we don't see the damage domestic violence causes to our friends, family, kids, and relationships; others do from outside the circle of influence. So many times I hear '' why do you stay'' , '' why can't you get away'' , and '' you get what you deal with'', most of the time it is not that simple. I hope

with this book and the outlooks of why some people stay. If I can change that and save a few lives in the process my work is done. Thank you for your time and concern for my first book of many on issues that I have dealt with in my life.
