Kara has to be gone here and there and I will be in and out due to a death in the family. Please be patient and kind. Kara will try to help you the best she can. Kara and I named this little feller lil Snoop Dogg. This little guy came in with a crankcase full of fuel. It had a needle failure in the carburator leaking all the fuel in the file tank into the crank and muffler. So once we finished getting all the gassy oil out of it there is only one way to get it out of the muffler..... To start it up and let it burn it out and smoke like it's nobody's business. This customer was very lucky that this mower didn't start when they tried. Otherwise they were sitting on a literal bomb. Look at the video in the comments to see part of the fuel that came out of this little guy. Always make sure you check your oil and machine over before trying to start it!!! Be safe out there every one!

DEAR VALUED CUSTOMERS
As of 5-22-2021, we will no longer be open for business on Saturdays until further notice. (We will remain open during our regular hours M-F 8-5.) We are sad to have had to make this decision, however, due to having no new inventory incoming, it is not cost-feasible to keep the shop open on Saturdays for the time being. We have a large amount of inventory and units ordered, but do not have an accurate idea of when they will arrive. Once we start to see inventory coming in again, we will weigh our options on re-opening for Saturday hours. Again, we hate that this choice had to be made, and we apologize for the inconvenience it may cause some of you. As always, we THANK YOU for your continued support, especially during the past couple of seasons, and we look forward to serving you in any way we can. God Bless you all!

Good afternoon,

We wanted to let all of our customers know a few things going on here at the store. First as some of you may have heard about already, through a series of events we are no longer an ECHO USA dealer. We will still be stocking limited parts for these machines, and as always bars and chains for them as well, however we will no longer be able to do any kind of warranty work on them. While we are upset by this we are working on finding a new line of handheld equipment so we can continue to supply you with a handheld line. We have a few options, we are just trying to work out what ones will be the best option. Hopefully on to better things, always trying to stay positive. As far as the shop goes, yes we are running behind. Please remember that it is just two of us in here. Also with all the rain we have been getting we understand that everyone is getting excited for spring, with that being said please try not to be rude to Kara and I. Her and I are trying the best we can, along with keeping with our long tradition of trying to do everything right the first time. We do not want to have to have you come back multiple times for the same problem and I am sure neither do you. Also along with the rain and everyone getting ready, I WILL NOT send myself or my guys that help deliver out in the rain. That is why if you call now we are going to tell you it may be up to two weeks before we can get your mower. I will reiterate that we are doing the best we can. We do not want mistakes made, nor do we want to run your equipment through the rain. Please remember that we also deliver new ones to customers as well. Another thing we want to share with you is that with our Cub Cadet line all the pricing increases as of April 1st. This is not up to us dealers, this is what the higher ups are telling us. We are still having trouble getting certain parts, and equipment, this unfortunately as you all know really cannot be helped. (We all know the excuses they do not need repeated) As much as we loath telling our customers we do not know, that is just the answer, we do not know. But as usual we will be more than happy to help you keep your old unit going for as long as we can until we can get restocked on equipment. A couple friendly reminders and house rules here at Gentrys, we will not unload full size mowers out of a pickup truck. Tillers and push mowers are OK but not a rider. We work on what we sell first..... this seems to upset some, others understand, Cub Cadet mowers come first, then Cub Cadet mowers bought elsewhere, then any other brand that someone purchased from us as a used unit, then all other brands/customers. We hope you understand but we are loyal to our loyal customers, and they come first. We truly hope that everyone has a great Spring and we look forward to serving you. God Bless You All!
