Six years of Buy Nothing feels like something worth pausing to really appreciate.
What started as a simple idea of neighbors sharing what we already have has grown into something that continues to exceed my expectations every single day. It has become more than just a group—it’s become a steady reminder of how generous, thoughtful, and connected a community can be when people show up for one another.
I’m truly grateful for every member who has participated, given, received, and helped keep things flowing with kindness and respect. A special thank-you as well to the admins who have supported and guided this community along the way. The time and care you’ve put in matters more than most people realize.
Looking ahead, I’m excited for the continued growth of these relationships and the way
neighbors continue to connect and support one another throughout Stephens County. There’s something really special about seeing that sense of community expand over time.
