Captain Brian Pounds is a native of Florida and has fished the waters of his home state, his whole life. He spent his days growing up fishing the Butler Chain of Central Florida with his Grandfather, to the west coast of Homosassa. To say he was born to fish, is an understatement! Brian's passion for fishing had him leave the family business and dedicate himself full time to chartering fishing tri

ps. He spends his days now on his home waters, The Indian River Lagoon and Mosquito Lagoon in Titusville. He also enjoys his trips along beautiful Cocoa Beach. He has 38 years fishing experience and 13 years as a professional guide. Captain Pounds loves to share his expertise and skills with his clients of all ages. You can also catch Brian on 101.1 WJRR The Rock Station on Friday mornings with Lynch and Taco for the Central Florida Fishing Report. He has also done reports with Fishing Florida Radio, can be seen on Rodney Rogers Outdoors, and The Reel Animals with Captain Michael Anderson. Besides the views of NASA and the wildlife of Canaveral National Seashore, inshore clients can expect to catch Redfish, Black Drum, Trout, Tarpon, and Snook out of a 2015 Sterling TR7 tunnel skiff. Nearshore clients get to experience Port Canaveral up close and personal along with views of beautiful Cocoa beach while catching Tarpon, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, and Cobia out of a 26 foot Shearwater.
