*My quotes are made on the assumption payment is completed in a timely manner.*

My policy has not changed. If you’re order is not PAID IN FULL, it will NOT BE STARTED. I’m not sure how much clearer I can make that. It’s nothing personal. It’s just a lesson I learned early on with making custom crafts.

So, if you have an open order and it is NOT PAID, I am NOT working on it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
