Bold and Bloom

Bold and Bloom More than jewelry, each bloom is a reminder that our stories, our love, and our resilience continue to live on.

Bold and Bloom - Where every bloom tells a story.

I can make jewelry all day long.

But watching someone stop, pick up a piece, smile, show it to their friend, and decide it’s coming home with them?

That part hits every single time.

Tiny handmade flowers out here living their best lives. 🌸😂

I didn’t start making jewelry because I dreamed of making accessories.

I started because I was an empty nester trying to remember what made me happy.

Somewhere between raising kids, working, taking care of everyone else, and just doing what needed to be done, I had lost a little bit of myself.

Then I found clay.

At first, it was just something creative to do. Something that was mine.

I didn’t know it would turn into a business.
I didn’t know it would introduce me to this version of myself.
I definitely didn’t know how much I needed it.

But piece by piece, I started finding my way back to me. 🤍

And maybe that’s why this has always felt like more than jewelry.

Midlife woke me up.

Not in some dramatic, burn-it-all-down kind of way.

More like… I started paying attention.

To what excites me.
What drains me.
What I want more of.
What I’m finally willing to try, even if I’m not totally sure what I’m doing yet. 🔥

Somewhere along the way, I stopped thinking reinvention had an expiration date.

Turns out, you can pick up a torch, learn something completely new, change direction, surprise yourself, and become more of who you are at any age.

And apparently, sometimes the awakening comes with actual fire. 😂

What’s something midlife has made you brave enough to try?

Well… this escalated quickly. 😂🔥

A few years ago I was learning how to make tiny flowers out of polymer clay.

Now I’m apparently holding a torch and setting jewelry on fire.

Metal clay is a whole different world, and I am completely fascinated by it.

This is only my second time working with it, so I’m still very much learning as I go.

And yes… there’s a Part 2. 👀

Wait until you see how this little piece turned out.
