There’s something beautiful about the changing of the seasons. 🍂

As the days grow a little shorter, our flower fields begin to slow down. We’re soaking in the last blooms, gathering what the season has given us, and feeling grateful for another year of growing flowers.

But as one season begins to close, something new is beginning at Jewell Lane.

We’ve been quietly working on a new adventure, and we’re getting closer to sharing it with you.

How is your Sunday going?

I'm processing mounds of produce we grow with our flowers. Prepping for the zombie apocalypse is what I like to call it.

We are going to survive on peppers, zucchini and eggplant. Last year none of my vegetables would grow, so I planted extra this year hoping I would have 1 produce.

Well, I am happy to report all 16 pepper, 8 eggplants, 4 zucchini, 5 acorn squash and 14 tomato plants are thriving.
