Lunarcat Studios will be a vendor at the Spring Festival at Richmond Elementary School in SE Portland. We should have awesome weather for the event! Yummy Japanese curry, onigiri, Spam musubi, furikake Chex mix, cotton candy! Plants and flowers for sale! Bouncy houses and a dunk tank. It will be an exciting afternoon for the whole family.

In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month this May, I will be teaching a free origami workshop on Friday, May 15th in White Salmon, WA. The workshop will be held at the Mt. View Grange from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. I will provide all supplies to fold various Sonobe models. All ages are welcome.

Thank you, Gorge Heritage Museum and the West Klickitat County Historical Society for inviting me. And to the Japanese American Museum of Oregon for suggesting me for this event.

Lunarcat Studios will be one of the many vendors at the Lake Oswego High School Asian Cultural Festival this Saturday, April 18th, from 3 PM to 6 PM. There will be local vendors, food samples, activities booths, cultural exhibits, and much more!

Enjoy Asian culture through a variety of performances showcasing taekwondo, Lee's Association Lion and Dragon Dance, Portland Taiko, Indonesian Performing Arts of Oregon, Oregon Koto Kai, Kalabharathi School of Dance, and more from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.

The cultural festival is free and open to the public, but tickets are required to watch the awesome performances in the auditorium.

There will be so much going on at the Chehalem Cultural Center. Vendors, food, plant sales (especially beautiful camellias), entertainment and performances.
