Back for a short, short run is the 39mm LWN turbo. Here's a quick run down...

39mm compressor +11% over stock.

Thicker blades than factory. Factory wheels have really thin blades (down to .004" at the tip) that bend/ damage really easily.

All new cover that doesn't have the water/ ice catching groove the factory cover has that causes the bent blades.

100% no tuning required, works on factory tuning and many report +1mpg with more turbo sound. Will support up to around 220hp.

Built with new aftermarket housings and balanced on a high-speed vsr balancer with a balance report.

If you have a factory turbo OR Garrett powermax turbo, I can rebuild/ build those as well.

I'm listing this run of 6 for just $500 ea + shipping. These are the originals dating back to 2019.

Wish I could show the turbo these are going in, but I can't yet. Just know that this one bearing alone is $1,300. The turbo is a 100% BBI designed unit that will be capable of moving 400lbs/min of air, enough for 4,000hp.

A little late, but an eaton m62 supercharger that got a complete makeover.

First it got the interior fully coated in an abradable coating from line2line coatings. Exterior got Goldfish powdercoat from prismatic powders.

All new bearings on EVERYTHING, rear needle bearings, bypass bearings, and the front bearings got upgraded to ceramic hybrid bearings, and then they were fully balanced to within turbo specs.

Synthetic supercharger oil, nylon coupler, then finished off with a quick change pulley hub for adjustable boost.

1st of 5 specially built gt55's all wrapped up and ready to go to its new home in Florida. These have a custom 85mm x 133mm compressor, billet aluminum backplate, and adjustable wastegate from 32-50psi.

These were specifically designed for singled Cat Acert engines, or higher hp 17L and 18L engines.

$3,500 + core SDP low pressure turbo.

Some ball bearing GT55 balancing action today for a Cat 18L, heading to Miami, FL. This was balanced in 3 seperate operations and the results speak for themselves. For reference, the green line is the max allowed from the factory.

Well after a month I thought it would be time for an update, still haven't gotten any answers to what is going on, but I feel well enough to start back in the shop. I'm 12 turbos behind and am not taking any more work due to getting the shop ready for an exciting upcoming announcement, and a scheduled shutdown in June.

Other day I posted about the custom gt47 im building. Used fusion 360 and my 3d printer to make sure I like the result so I don't ruin all the work and a healthy chunk of aluminum. In this case I think I can shorten it up 3/4". End result will be a very compact 90° turn into the housing, where before it was a 6" reducer and then an elbow.
