Hello all! With today being our last day of sales, our store will be officially closed as of 6pm tonight. 2/10/24. Thank you all for stopping in to make some purchases and to say your goodbyes. We truly are very blessed and just know that we appreciate all of you!
The lord also had given us the next step in our journey with Him. The commercial property the our store is in will also go up for sale. This includes, the showroom/store front, a space to work on your projects for the store, an additional space for your self or possible lease/rent to another business and a parcel full basement. The store does have a forced air gas furnace and central air conditioning.
In addition to the store front. There is a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment located in the upstairs of the property. The utilities are all separated except if you decide to rent out the extra available space in the rear of the building.
The store front square footage is approximately 900 sq ft. With a work space that is full furnished with shelving and 2 work bench areas is approximately 380 square footage.
The additional (renting), space is approximately 415 square footage.
There is also a men's and women's restroom and a utility room.
The parking lot in the rear is set up for 10 spaces.
