In Second Wind now. The "penguin ice bucket" most famously refers to the iconic mid-century West Bend Penguin Hot & Cold Server. Patented in 1941 by Ralph N. Kircher, this highly collectible piece of vintage barware is recognizable by its polished aluminum or chrome finish, embossed penguin band, and distinctive wooden "flipper" handles.
