We’ve been getting one big question lately: “Is it too early to book my rental items?”
Short answer: No! Not at all. Your future self will thank you.

To make planning a breeze, here’s a quick look at the average wedding timeline and when to reserve the essentials:

12–18 Months Out
• Secure your venue
• Book rentals for high‑demand items (tents, tables, chairs, arches, specialty décor)
• Lock in your planner + photographer

9–12 Months Out
• Reserve linens, place settings, glassware, and statement pieces
• Choose florals + catering
• Send save‑the‑dates

6–9 Months Out
• Finalize design details
• Add specialty rentals (lounges, signage, backdrops)
• Book transportation + entertainment

3–6 Months Out
• Confirm guest count
• Add or adjust rental quantities
• Final walk‑through with your vendor team
