We at Hank's Furniture & Carpeting in Thorp do things to serve you better.

One of the things we do to serve you better is NOT have call waiting nor voice mail set up. This sounds backwards, but let me explain!

The reason being is that the voice mail has been set up through automatic processes twice now, and each time, it has been buried in messages! Most of the message aren't our customers. It then creates a huge waste of time for us to go through and clear them out so we can then get back to serving our customers.

SO if you are calling us and get sent to a voice mail, please do not leave a message because we don't HAVE an answering machine nor a voice mail.
