A little kid came into Out The Box today and asked:
“Can I talk to the owner?”
I said: “Yeah buddy, I’m Anthony Baca, owner of Out The Box. What’s up?”
He handed me these drawings and said: “I made this for you… I really enjoy coming to your store. It’s a really cool shop.”
Man… moments like this hit different.
People see toys, collectibles, and nostalgia… But what I really wanted to build was a place that makes people feel something.
A place that sparks imagination. A place kids remember. A place that feels bigger than just a store.
Today reminded me why we do this. 📦❤️
