To all my wonderful and loving customers!
When something is laid on my heart I usually follow through.
I have a customer whose grandson was killed by a drunk driver a few years ago on a motorcycle. The grandson’s birthday is coming up at the end of June. This grandfather mourns this child every single day. It breaks my heart !!!
The child’s mother puts stones out wherever she goes to keep his memory alive. People cope in many ways and this is what gives her peace.
So my thought is -
I AM ASKING MY CUSTOMERS TO BRING IN STONES.
I have put a box outside on the sidewalk as well as inside the shop for you to bring a stone (s) to donate to this family. As they paint and place them, it gives them peace. And saying a little prayer for the family to go along with your donation would be greatly appreciated.
This will start today June 12th and stop on Saturday June 20th.
