Here’s how to price your items so they sell FAST!

Pricing right can make all the difference — you want to sell more and earn more! Here are some tips based on real consignment pricing strategies:

🔹 Price to sell — think like a buyer!
Ask yourself: Would I pay this price if I were shopping? If the answer is “no,” it’s probably too high. Shoppers LOVE deals.

🔹 General price guidelines:
• Clothing (everyday brands): price around 20–30% of original retail.
• Name brands in great condition (Gap, Janie & Jack, etc.) can be a bit higher.
• Books & puzzles — consider bundling similar items to add value.
• Toys — newer, popular toys can sell closer to 30–40% of retail, but price competitively.

🔹 Baby gear & bigger items:
Larger gear like strollers, pack ‘n plays, swings and furniture are best priced based on condition — often 25–50% of retail depending on brand & demand.
