We're looking for a Hybrid Aquarium Team Member to join our growing crew! 🤘

🏪🚐 SHOP + FIELD TRAINING

This position will combine hands-on training in the shop AND in-field training with our experienced team.

You'll learn the business from the ground up—from caring for aquariums in the shop to maintaining, servicing and installing aquariums out in the field.

⏰ 30+ HOURS AVAILABLE
📅 Some weekend work required
💰 $12–$14/hr starting pay, based on experience
🔥 $15–$16/hr for highly knowledgeable candidates

🐠 EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED!

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything about aquariums.

🐚💥 REEF PEOPLE… WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT CONCHS. 💥🐚

Yes, the thing you blow into on a deserted island, but these are ALIVE. 😂

We're talking CONCHS — the weird little reef-cleanup machines that look like they were designed by someone who had too much imagination. 🤣

🐚 They cruise your sandbed looking for snacks.
🧹 They help clean up leftover food and detritus.
👀 And watching one absolutely YEET ITSELF across the sand is premium aquarium entertainment.

Basically…

🧛‍♂️🩸 DRACULA HAS ENTERED THE BUILDING. 🩸

Meet the L-007 Dracula Pleco — aka the Vampire Pleco.

Dark. Mean-looking. Absolutely badass. 😈

🩸 3 CREEPY-COOL FACTS:

🦷 1. HE HAS FANGS.
Those two fang-like upper teeth are the reason the Vampire Pleco name stuck.

🌊 2. HE COMES FROM THE RAPIDS.
Native to Brazil’s Rio Guamá, these guys live in fast-moving, highly oxygenated water.

🍖 3. HE'S NOT YOUR TYPICAL “ALGAE EATER.”
L-007 is an omnivore with a serious taste for protein — bloodworms, shrimp, krill and other meaty foods are on the menu.

This isn't the pleco you buy because you need someone to clean the glass.
