Hello, friends! It’s been quite a while since I last posted here, and I thought it was time for a long overdue check-in. Life has brought many changes since we closed the Venus + Vine doors, and I’m excited to share what’s new.
In late 2023, my husband Jim (we were married that same year 💕) and I took a leap and purchased 25 beautiful acres in Terre Haute, complete with a nearly 100-year-old farmhouse full of character and charm. We’ve been working on restoring both the house and the land, and slowly shaping it into something really special.
Together, we’ve started Fire Dancer Farm & Fields — a place where vibrant flower fields will bloom, seasonal events will take root, and the farmhouse will welcome guests as a cozy Airbnb retreat. It’s been a dream come true, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
