Job description
Rapid Refurb is looking to expand its technical staff. We are a fast-growing company with opportunities to grow within. We are looking for a smartphone refurbishing apprentice and those looking to get into the field of electronic repairs.
While we provide training, our ideal employee should be able to:
1. Serve customers by accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices, all while maintaining customer-friendly communication between you and the customer.
2. Focus on complete customer satisfaction
3. Provide recommendations for problem resolution
4. Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
5. Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Rapid Refurb quality standards
6. Answer store phone with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor
7. Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
8. Utilize our website to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each work order.
9. Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
10. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
Basic Qualifications:
1. Outstanding customer service skills
2. Organization and cleanliness
3. Strong communication skills
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
6. High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience repairing and technical
2. Knowledge of smartphones
3. Technical degree or certification in 4. Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
5. Previous experience working with 6. online stores or cell phone carrier stores.
7. Pay is dependent on the experience and the attitude you bring 🙂
