This year I didn’t plan a big Mother’s Day event.
Truthfully… I’m tired.

But I want to say thank you to everyone who’s supported me in all our past Mother’s Day events. Mother’s Day has always been such a special day at the boutique, and it’s always in my heart. I know this community stands behind me—even on days when I choose to rest and sit in my motherhood.

Amigos de Estados Unidos, our Independence Day is Sep 16th. Cinco de Mayo is celebrated to commemorate Mexico’s unexpected victory over France in 1862. Smaller and less equipped than the French army, MX persevered and won the battle known as the “The Battle of Puebla.” In US today, we celebrate to honor Mexican culture & its people.

I began the day with an amazing horchata latte from , pumped on our speakers and danced with my son. Can we normalize supporting local Latino owned businesses on Cinco de Mayo? (Outside of your tacos n beer 😛) more than that… can we celebrate our people, our existence here and where we came from. Thank you.
