Revenge can be so sweet when you have a friend that has a muzzleloader tag. This wide 3 point buck had plenty of does around him that wouldn’t ever let me get in close enough for a good shot. Chased this buck for the last three days of the season. I was running out of time and the buck was going to live another year he thought. That’s when I called in my friend Todd to shoot this buck. I applied 15 years for my archery permit he applied 16 years for his muzzleloader permit. It was the right thing to do to get a fellow sportsman harvest this deer when he has your number and knows you’re shooting a bow and arrow and won’t let you get within 100 yards of him in flat terrain with no cover. Todd was so happy that I guided him in to this buck. With only a couple hours left in the season Todd bagged this buck.

Watching these bulls grow so much per day this summer. They say a bull elk antler can grow up to 3 inches a day.

What a stud bull! I haven’t been able to locate the bull I called the crown bull this year until last nite. Wow was I impressed. This year he is a 11pointer on both sides. Last year he scored about 400. Any guesses what he scores this year. Be sure and check out Crookedhorn’s newest product the Bino-Bandit. It’s keeps the suns glare from blinding you while Glassing.

Found this bull last night. Going to see if I can find him at daybreak this morning and get some more film. Really curious what this bull would score I think he’s pushing 400. Need a name for this bull I’m thinking Goliath. Anybody got a better name than that?
